Only thing that helps so far: unplug pc and replug (with bios setting: keep off after power cut) or press approx. One thinks that it can't be sooooo difficult to also send a command to power off the last step. Only the fan on the CPU and the fan in the power unit keep running and the power button is lit. The system starts up and runs normal and also shuts down, the monitor shuts off because the graphic cards switches off. I always "automatically" switched back to GPT. I wasn't successful with the MBR intallation.
or reinstalling WIN10 with MBR (Bios) and not GPT (UEFI). There are tips like updating BIOS, Downloading all Lenovo Tools, Removing some intel programs, settings in Windows like quickstart off, hibernat off etc.
